I ordered this product bc I see that it’s a small business trying to make money and get its name out there and I am not disappointed at all with the product quality of the collar. The metal is sturdy, the fabric is beautiful, they engraved her name and my number exactly as I asked. The only problem I have is that I paid extra to also get the matching leash that they also offer if you want it and pay extra for it and I did not receive the leash. Only the collar. I’m not sure if they’re supposed to be arriving separately but it’s saying that my whole order was delivered when it was not. I don’t want a refund or to have to return any product I would just like to receive the rest of what I paid for.
