We love these diapers; they save us $50/month of diapers for my incontinent husky. We bought an XXL, her waist is 27 inches but it's nice and adjustable. It fits her well without bunching too much at the end. She gets changed every 4 hours but it can absorb without leaking for up to 8 hours max. At 6 hours, the outside fabric starts absorbing some of the urine. It's pretty strong velcro, so she can't take it off. We washed them multiple times and it hasn't lost its velcro and it adjusted back to the original size. They wash well and clean without any stains so far. This is amazing compared to disposable diapers, which would leak after 4 hours. Plus she looks cute in them and looks more comfortable that plastic tabs that got caught.
