I was really excited about this, and I do love using it. However, there is a design flaw. The top of the large processor holds water.There is no way to easily remove the water. After washing it, draining the water as best as possible, there is a mildew smell in thetop. Unscrewing the top to dry it out is the only recourse. This design needs to be reworked so that the process is easier. Nothing is more gross than opening up your clean food processor to use it, and getting a whiff of that mold. Makes me go back to the old way, with a cheese grater. That's not what I bought the thing for.
