These lick mats are great keeping my dog occupiedNo complaints way bigger than I expected!It's just enormous. I simply can't imagine needing to put out this much peanut butter (or whatever). Half of it is smallish nubs and they're fine, but half is this hexagonal pattern with large open areas. My dog was able to lick out those sections very quickly.I have another silicone lick mat that my dog ultimately chewed to pieces. I was wondering if she'd do the same to this one, but she didn't even try. Just licked off the peanut butter and left it undamaged on the floor. Not sure what that says.I guess I didn't look at the measurements when I got this because this thing is huge LOL good thing I have a pretty large 145 lb American Bully that will have no problem using this lick pad. I think if I were to suggest any use for this thick pad, it would be to put down for maybe a small litter of pups with some Frozen puppy food on it. Other than that, it is a decent product with good suction cups on the back. I would buy from this manufacturer again.. just a smaller size this time lolI love leaving this for my dog during the day. I add some peanut butter and add all her vitamins and treats. I'm happy knowing she has something to do! It's always licked clean and in the same spot as I left it!This is bigger than I had expected, I thought it would be around the size of a dinner plate but it's much larger. The size is great for medium-big dogs! The suction cups work great, it sticks easily to smooth surfaces.I got this for my senior dog who got used to having people home during the pandemic, he gets a little stressed and confused when we leave him now. This is a great way to distract him when we leave. I smear it with peanut butter, he used to be better at cleaning all the nooks of things but isn't as thorough these days. That works for his benefit because he returns to it throughout the day to lick it more. I like that the crevices aren't too deep, makes it easier for him to get all the peanut butter. Cleaning is easy, I usually soak it a bit and put it in the dishwasher.I'm using this as a treat, not for his main meals. It would probably work with his pate as well but he's too old to be switching up his meal routine. I think it'll also work great when I need to brush him or give him a bath, help keep him from running away, he hates being groomed.I like that the suction is across the entire back of the mat so that it truly isn't going anywhere, but I also like that it's easy to pull off of the surface without putting lots of elbow grease in it. I took a chance and ran it in the dishwasher to clean it, and its still holding up well!
