HOW WOULD STUDENTS OF AMERICAN HISTORY FEEL IF NO MENTION WAS MADE OF GEORGE WASHINGTON OR ABRAHAM LINCOLN IN A PARTICULAR BOOK? This "Food and Nutrition Controversies" is the most amazing book ever! All of the issues in The China Study are totally ignored. No mention is made of T. Colin Campbell in the index or anywhere else. In unintended humor the book is touted as a "Reference Guide" - which is absurd. Give me a break! Whew!
